Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Maintain active client relationships using clientelling apps and tools to manage communications and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong floor and stock presence; ensure merchandise is replenished, merchandised and presentation standards are upheld.
- Partner with store management to translate business results into actionable opportunities and performance improvements.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product features and styling.
- Understand sales metrics and KPIs to proactively pursue targets and conversion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for fashion and commitment to representing brand values with professionalism and integrity.
- Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrable customer service orientation.
- Ability and desire to collaborate, motivate colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Technological proficiency, including the effective use of clientelling tools and digital sales aids.
- Effective verbal communication skills; local language (English) is preferred.
