Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise customers with passion and confidence
