Michael Kors in Lisbon seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client experiences and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to clientele to create memorable luxury shopping experiences and foster long-term relationships.
- Actively pursue and achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and clienteling.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across the full merchandise assortment (accessories, ready-to-wear, watches, jewellery, footwear, eyewear and fragrance) and translate benefits to clients.
- Maintain operational and visual merchandising standards, including store presentation, stock replenishment and window displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Perform point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic stock administration accurately and securely.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to share best practices, support store events and contribute to a positive retail environment.

- Proven customer‑facing sales ability, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
- Charismatic brand ambassador with a professional manner and strong interpersonal skills.

Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred; experience within luxury fashion or premium brand boutiques and a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be viewed favourably.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is an advantage.
