Michael Kors in Lisbon seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate to deliver clienteling, drive sales and represent the brand in a luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service as a Michael Kors Ambassador to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage client relationships and communications using all available clientelling apps and tools.
- Maintain impeccable floor standards and stockroom presence; assist with inventory and replenishment tasks.
- Develop and apply product expertise using Product Knowledge packs to advise customers confidently.
- Monitor sales performance and collaborate with management to identify opportunities and achieve store targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for fashion and experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create an inclusive customer experience.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to motivate and work positively within a team.
- Comfort with digital selling tools and a willingness to use technology to enhance sales and service.
- Local language (Portuguese) is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Relevant retail sales experience is required; experience within premium or luxury brands is advantageous. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and using clientelling tools is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or vocational qualification; formal training in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.
