Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors ambassador by delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain proactive clienteling through all available clienteling apps and tools to identify, engage and retain high-value clients.
- Ensure impeccable floor and stock presence, including merchandising, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Collaborate closely with store management to communicate insights, support store performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop product expertise using Product Knowledge packs and confidently advise customers to convert opportunities.
- Monitor and interpret business results and sales KPIs to identify opportunities and adapt selling approach.
Qualifications
- Relevant sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within fashion or premium/luxury retail.
- Proven ability to collaborate, motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve collective goals.
- Technological proficiency with clienteling tools and point-of-sale systems; comfortable learning new retail technologies.
- Local language proficiency preferred and strong verbal communication skills to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands (inferred requirement for employment).
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, ideally within fashion or luxury environments, demonstrating consistent sales performance and clienteling capability in a fast-paced store setting.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is advantageous.
