Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and elevated service.

- Execute Point-of-Sale transactions and register functions accurately; follow all POS and cash-handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, attendance expectations and participate in training and store meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience, with luxury or fashion retail strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and retain clients through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong problem-resolution capabilities.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with reliable time-and-attendance practices.
- Professional presentation and a keen interest in current fashion trends.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and demonstrable sales performance and clienteling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or related fields is a plus.
