Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maximizing transaction value and conversion rates
- Deliver elevated levels of customer service and sales expertise to build lasting client relationships and repeat business
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and keep current with fashion industry trends and market developments
- Build and maintain an active client book, leveraging client profiles to drive personalized engagement and sales opportunities
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Resolve client issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Maintain the selling floor, merchandise displays, and stockroom in an organized, neat, and properly stocked condition
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and participate in regular inventory counts
- Process all point-of-sale transactions accurately, execute register functions correctly, and comply with POS policies

Qualifications
