Michael Kors seeks a Sales Associate in Lehi, Utah to drive sales and build client relationships in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals through consultative selling techniques and elevated service standards
- Develop and maintain a repeat client base using client relationship management systems and personalized follow-up
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all merchandise lines and communicate product benefits to customers
- Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Maintain selling floor presentation, merchandise organization, and stock levels throughout the store
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and comply with all payment and register protocols
- Participate in inventory management, stock receiving and shipping, and periodic inventory counts
- Stay current with fashion industry trends and market dynamics to inform product consultations
- Attend all mandated training, development seminars, and team meetings as directed by store leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion or designer apparel
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mentality
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management platforms
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and seasonal peak periods
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally within a luxury fashion environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service certifications preferred.
