Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for transactions, returns and accurate cash handling while maintaining transactional integrity.
  • Support store operations including stock receiving, processing, replenishment and basic inventory control to ensure product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain a polished sales floor presentation to reflect brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with store management and colleagues to support promotions, training initiatives and seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and strong alignment with the Michael Kors brand aesthetic.
  • Proven retail sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Comfortable using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and learning in-store retail technology.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and peak retail periods.
