Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives individual and store sales results.
- Execute daily store operations with precision, including merchandising, stock replenishment and point-of-sale transactions.
- Engage proactively in clienteling and relationship-building to foster repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Achieve productivity goals through effective multitasking, prioritization and participation in promotional events and peak selling periods.
- Support omnichannel sales by utilising all available digital tools and store technology to convert and fulfil customer demand.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in apparel, accessories or luxury retail.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays and peak sales periods.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (standing/walking up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 pounds).
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets; experience in luxury or premium apparel retail and familiarity with omnichannel selling strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail, visual merchandising or fashion-related training is advantageous.
