Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through elevated levels of product knowledge, service and client engagement.
- Deliver a luxury-level customer experience: build and maintain repeat clientele, manage the client book, and promptly resolve client enquiries or complaints.
- Manage post-sale activities including shipping coordination, alterations follow-up and special request fulfilment to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Maintain the selling floor and stockroom: organise merchandise, replenish displays, participate in inventories and support receiving/shipping procedures.
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures; accurately execute register functions and related sales paperwork.
- Adhere to assigned schedule and participate in training, development seminars and store meetings as directed by management.
- Remain current with fashion trends and product assortments to inform selling strategies and client recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and building repeat client relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale procedures, inventory control and basic cash handling.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally within fashion or luxury goods, with demonstrable sales results and clienteling experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
