Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client‑focused sales and service to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Execute high standards of visual merchandising and maintain presentation on the sales floor.
- Manage inventory tasks including stock replenishment, back‑of‑house organisation and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for POS transactions, returns, and sales documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including follow‑up and clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a strong client service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience
Between one and three years of relevant retail sales or customer service experience, ideally in a fashion or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in fashion, retail or a related discipline is an asset.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Laval, Quebec, Canada, with easy access to Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 18 per hour.
