Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store client service and create personalised shopping experiences through proactive clienteling and relationship building.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective conversion of traffic to transactions.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and appointments accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing integrity and housekeeping.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge and communicate brand heritage, craftsmanship and collections to clients.
  • Support loss-prevention practices and follow store operational policies, including inventory controls and daily cash handling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership on client follow-ups, events and local store initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; preferably 1–2 years in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods as required by a part-time schedule.
  • Right to work in Switzerland (work permit or Swiss/EU/EEA status as applicable).

Experience
