Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors ambassador, delivering exemplary, branded customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively engage customers on the sales floor, apply product knowledge to advise and close sales, and maintain visible floor presence.
- Use clientelling apps and CRM tools to maintain client communication and nurture relationships for future conversion.
- Collaborate closely with store management and colleagues to achieve sales targets and optimise store performance.
- Maintain stockroom and merchandising standards; ensure garments and displays reflect brand guidelines and Product Knowledge packs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for fashion and luxury retail; relevant sales experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to create inclusive, welcoming experiences for diverse clients.
- Collaborative team player with the capability and desire to motivate colleagues and contribute to shared results.
- Technologically proficient with the ability to leverage clientelling apps and digital retail tools to drive sales.

Experience
Relevant retail sales experience required; prior experience with luxury or premium fashion brands is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Landquart, Grisons, Switzerland, with easy access to Zurich.
