Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and elevated customer service.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships, actively managing and leveraging the client book to drive repeat business.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and advise clients on merchandise, styling and brand heritage.
  • Deliver a seamless post-sale experience by coordinating shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain visual and operational standards on the selling floor: merchandising, replenishment and presentation.
  • Support stockroom operations including inventory control, receiving, shipping and related paperwork.
  • Comply with Point-of-Sale procedures and accurately execute register functions.
  • Adhere to scheduled hours, participate in training and contribute to team meetings and store initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate with store colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to perform in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Effective multitasking abilities and adaptability to varied responsibilities.

Experience

Previous retail experience is required, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail environments. Experience handling outlet operations, clienteling and post-sale coordination is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or customer service preferred.
