Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and product knowledge.
- Provide an elevated level of customer service, build and maintain repeat clientele and manage a personal client book.
- Manage post-sale details including shipment, alterations and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the selling floor and stockroom: merchandising, restocking and inventory control.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately and comply with all sales, cash handling and store procedures.
- Participate in inventories, training sessions and store meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Strong multitasking capability and adherence to time-and-attendance obligations.

Experience
Previous experience in retail, ideally in the luxury or premium fashion sector, with a track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering exemplary client service.
