Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales targets and develop advanced sales techniques to drive revenue
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across the Michael Kors range including accessories, footwear, watches, jewelry, and fragrances
- Build and maintain client relationships through active use of customer database tools to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Support team members to maintain the highest standard of customer service throughout the store
- Maintain the sales floor in immaculate condition, ensuring organizational systems and merchandise availability standards are consistently met
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment
- Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages preferred
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple retail functions including sales floor, stockroom, and administrative duties
- Availability for weekend and extended hour shifts
- Prior experience with luxury brand retail is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales; experience with luxury brands is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail training or certifications are beneficial.
