Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal sales targets and develop effective sales techniques
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across the Michael Kors assortment
- Support colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer service delivery
- Build and maintain customer relationships through the use of client book tools
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain the sales floor to ensure it remains clean, organized, and well-stocked
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience
- Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages preferred
- Experience with luxury brands preferred
- Flexibility to work across multiple store functions including shop floor, stock, and back-of-house operations
