Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets in line with store objectives and company policy.
- Apply and refine consultative sales techniques to convert enquiries and maximise average transaction value.
- Maintain deep, up-to-date product knowledge across bags, accessories, footwear, watches, jewellery and fragrances.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service through clienteling and proactive relationship building using a private client book.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to protect brand reputation.
- Support colleagues across shop floor, stockroom and back-of-house duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the sales floor is immaculate, merchandised to brand standards and appropriately stocked.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a client-facing sales role.
- Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Ability to perform multiple roles within the store (shop floor, stock, back of house).
- Experience working for a luxury or premium brand is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail sales is required; experience with luxury or premium fashion brands is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational retail or customer service training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from PLN 60,000 to PLN 90,000 per annum.
