Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador by delivering exceptional, brand-aligned customer experiences that foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage client relationships and communications using all available clientelling apps and digital tools to maximise sales and retention.
- Maintain strong floor and stock presence: visual merchandising, replenishment and effective inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate closely with store management to share market and customer insights, contribute to sales targets and drive store performance.
- Develop selling expertise through Product Knowledge packs and confidently advise customers on product features, fit and styling.
- Monitor and understand business results and sales opportunities to proactively convert traffic into revenue.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate, motivate colleagues and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable using clientelling apps and retail technology to support sales activities.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and commitment to representing brand values with professionalism and integrity.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred. Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles and use of clientelling or CRM tools is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail, customer service or luxury sales training is advantageous.
