Role & Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships using all available clientelling apps and tools to maintain communication and nurture long-term clientele.
- Become a product and selling expert through Product Knowledge packs to confidently advise customers across merchandise categories.
- Collaborate closely with store management and the team to communicate performance insights and exploit sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail environments.
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for fashion and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Proven ability to collaborate and motivate peers to achieve collective sales objectives.
- Comfortable using digital clientelling tools and adopting in-store retail technologies.
- Local language proficiency preferred and strong verbal communication skills.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred. Demonstrable track record of delivering customer-focused results in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) is expected; vocational qualifications or courses in retail, fashion, or business are advantageous.
