The Sales Associate drives results through elevated customer service, operational excellence, client relationship-building, and omnichannel sales, while meeting productivity goals in a fast-paced store. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail days.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated customer experience to drive results.
• Perform operational tasks to a high standard.
• Achieve productivity goals by multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
• Build customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques.
• Collaborate with management to develop innovative approaches to maximize personal sales results.
• Drive omnichannel sales by using available tools and technology.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant retail experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship or transfer is unavailable.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including a flexible schedule and work on weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail and sales days such as the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Mother’s Day.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop.
• Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment.
• Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in busy environments, including under bright lights, with music, and during peak traffic hours.
