Role & Responsibilities
- Provide engaging in-store customer experiences through active engagement and support on the sales floor
- Process point-of-sale transactions while ensuring accuracy and creating memorable customer interactions
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing available retail technology and tools
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandise standards throughout operational hours
- Balance multiple operational tasks while prioritizing responsibilities to meet productivity goals
- Support team members and collaborate to achieve store sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Proven customer service orientation with genuine enthusiasm for fashion and styling
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

No specific prior retail experience required; however, customer-facing service experience is highly valued. A self-starter mentality and demonstrated ability to drive results in previous roles is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 21 per hour.
