Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and product expertise to sell Michael Kors collections in a polished, luxury retail environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while executing agreed sales strategies and promotions.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Support implementation of visual merchandising directives to ensure brand presentation and floor standards.
- Perform cashiering and point-of-sale transactions accurately and assist with daily store operations.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail (or equivalent commercial apprenticeship).
- Minimum of two years' proven retail sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Dynamic, customer-focused personality with the ability to communicate passion for the brand to clients and colleagues.
- Proactive mindset, strong sense of urgency and willingness to take initiative.
- Polished, professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent German and good command of English.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium brand environments, with demonstrated sales performance and client development.
Education
Completed vocational training in retail (e.g., Einzelhandelskaufmann/-frau) or comparable commercial qualification.
