Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Hershey, PA to drive sales, deliver luxury client service and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and client engagement.
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and service, applying clienteling techniques to build repeat business and maintain a client book.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and merchandising knowledge across categories to advise customers and drive conversion.
- Manage post-sale processes including shipping, alterations tracking and special requests to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Comply with all sales, POS and register procedures; execute register functions accurately and follow cash-handling protocols.
- Maintain a well-presented, fully stocked selling floor; assist with stockroom organisation and inventory upkeep.
- Support shipping and receiving processes and complete related documentation according to store protocol.
- Participate in inventory counts and training sessions, and adhere to scheduled hours, attendance and company policies.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to preserve client relationships and store reputation.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability; reliable attention to detail for transaction accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with merchandising and stock handling.
- Professional appearance and a demonstrated interest in fashion and market trends; luxury retail experience preferred.

Experience
Experience in a retail sales environment is required; prior experience in luxury or premium-brand retail is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or sales training is a plus.
