Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals through consultative selling and elevated customer service
- Build and cultivate repeat clientele using client relationship management tools and personal engagement
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise assortment and brand positioning to inform customer recommendations
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain selling floor presentation through organization, merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Execute inventory management across selling floor and stockroom, including receiving and shipping protocols
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts as required
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and related register functions
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, prioritizing satisfaction and retention
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards consistent with brand image
- Adhere to all sales policies, operational procedures, and work schedule requirements
- Participate in training, development programs, and team meetings as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
