Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and product expertise.
- Deliver exemplary, high-touch customer service to cultivate repeat clientele and maintain an up-to-date client book.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a polished sales floor: ensure merchandise is stocked, presented to brand standards and inventory is accurately managed.
- Execute all Point-of-Sale procedures and register functions correctly, and support shipping/receiving processes and related paperwork.
- Participate in inventories and attend store training, meetings and development programmes as directed by management.
- Adhere to company appearance, attendance and operational policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proven sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals (retail or luxury retail experience preferred).
