Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and product expertise.
  • Deliver exemplary, high-touch customer service to cultivate repeat clientele and maintain an up-to-date client book.
  • Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a polished sales floor: ensure merchandise is stocked, presented to brand standards and inventory is accurately managed.
  • Execute all Point-of-Sale procedures and register functions correctly, and support shipping/receiving processes and related paperwork.
  • Participate in inventories and attend store training, meetings and development programmes as directed by management.
  • Adhere to company appearance, attendance and operational policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer-service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proven sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals (retail or luxury retail experience preferred).

  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable adherence to operational procedures and loss-prevention policies.
