Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and personalised customer service to maximise store performance and meet sales targets.
- Apply product knowledge and styling expertise to advise clients and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Comply with all sales-related policies, procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
- Maintain floor standards and assist with stockroom organisation, inventory counts and replenishment.
