Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that drives sales and loyalty
- Execute daily operational tasks including visual standards, inventory management and store presentation
- Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through prioritisation and effective time management
- Develop and sustain client relationships by maintaining product and trend knowledge and applying styling techniques
- Collaborate with management to identify initiatives that maximise individual and store sales
- Leverage omni‑channel tools and store technology to convert and fulfil customer demand
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships
- Energetic, motivated and customer‑centric with strong interpersonal skills
- Technologically literate with the ability to use CRM, mobile selling tools and point‑of‑sale systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak seasonal periods
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience with demonstrated success in sales, client development and delivering a high standard of customer service; experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or fashion-related training is a plus.
