Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an MK ambassador by delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively maintain client communication using all available clienteling apps and tools to manage appointments, follow-ups and VIP relationships.
- Maintain compelling floor presence and accurate stockroom operations, ensuring inventory is merchandised and replenished to brand standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to analyse store performance, identify sales opportunities and execute initiatives to meet targets.
- Develop product expertise through Product Knowledge packs and confidently advise customers on assortment, fit and features.
- Monitor business results and translate performance indicators into actionable selling strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment; experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve collective results.
- Technological fluency with clienteling apps and point-of-sale systems; able to leverage digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; local language proficiency preferred.
Skills
Experience
Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion. Prior client-facing selling and use of clienteling or CRM tools is highly valued; 1+ years preferred where applicable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related training preferred.
