Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Graubünden, Switzerland (20% weekends) to deliver luxury client service and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through elevated levels of client service and product knowledge.
- Deliver personalised clienteling: build and maintain repeat clientele, manage a client book and follow up on post-sale requests (shipping, alterations, special requests).
- Provide the highest standard of customer service and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain excellent merchandise presentation on the selling floor and assist in visual merchandising and replenishment.
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, shipping paperwork, inventory counts and adherence to stock control procedures.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately, comply with register policies and execute relevant transactional functions.
- Participate in training, meetings and store initiatives as directed by store management and adhere to attendance and scheduling requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or premium segment.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule (20% FTE) with regular weekend shifts.
- Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Resilience under pressure and capability to multitask across sales and operational duties.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable experience in retail, ideally in luxury or premium fashion, with a track record of delivering sales and excellent client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.
