Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective client engagement and product demonstration
- Provide elevated customer service and build repeat clientele relationships utilizing client book management systems
- Demonstrate comprehensive in-depth knowledge of merchandise assortment and current fashion market trends
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain selling floor presentation, merchandise organization, and stock levels
- Execute inventory management across stockroom and selling floor, including receiving and shipping protocols
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock control procedures
- Process transactions with full compliance to point-of-sale policies and procedures

- Participate in scheduled training, development seminars, and store meetings as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
