Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client service to achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Execute daily sales activities including clienteling, POS transactions and closing procedures with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain store standards and merchandising to reflect brand presentation guidelines and seasonal directives
- Collaborate with store management to identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to maximise personal and store performance
- Remain abreast of trends and styling techniques to inspire customers and provide expert fashion advice
- Use all available retail tools and technologies to track KPI performance and support sales conversion
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury segments
- Excellent organisational skills, strong verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable multitasking across client service, merchandising and transactional duties
- Fluent English; proficiency in German is highly desirable

Experience
Previous hands-on retail experience is required, ideally with measurable sales results in a fashion or luxury environment. Candidates should demonstrate comfort in fast-paced, customer-facing roles and evidence of effective client engagement and upselling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related discipline is preferred.
