Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised customer engagement and styling advice to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and effective use of in-store tools and technologies.
- Support daily store operations including merchandising, visual standards, stock management and cash handling.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
- Stay current on product assortments, trends and styling techniques to inspire and advise customers.
- Demonstrate flexibility in tasks and schedules, and commit to continuous personal and professional development.
Qualifications
- Initial sales experience in premium or upscale retail.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong verbal communication.
- Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise competing duties effectively.
- Very good command of German and English (spoken and written).
Skills
Experience
Some prior sales experience in upscale or premium retail is required; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work in a high-volume, luxury retail setting is preferred.
Education
Secondary school completion (or equivalent); vocational training in retail or a fashion-related qualification preferred.
