Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for all clientele
- Execute effective product knowledge across the full Michael Kors portfolio including ready-to-wear, accessories, watches, jewelry, and fragrances
- Maintain elevated merchandising and visual display standards throughout the sales floor
- Support team operations in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting
- Embody the Michael Kors brand as a knowledgeable and charismatic ambassador

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or customer service is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 26,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
