Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively engaging clients, building relationships and maximising conversion and average transaction value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards, including store presentation, product rotation and replenishment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card procedures following company policy.
- Support stock management activities: receiving, tagging, inventory counts and loss-prevention controls.
- Collaborate with the store team to share product knowledge, participate in trainings and contribute to a motivating sales culture.

- Proven retail sales aptitude with experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover fashion environment.
