Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, on-brand customer service to cultivate loyalty and drive repeat business as a Michael Kors ambassador.
- Proactively engage in clientelling using all available apps and CRM tools to manage client communication and follow-up.
- Maintain impeccable sales floor standards and stockroom organisation; support visual merchandising and inventory replenishment.
- Leverage product knowledge packs to confidently advise customers and convert sales.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to interpret business results, identify opportunities and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced or luxury fashion environment.
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate and motivate colleagues to achieve collective targets.
- Professional communication skills with a customer-centric orientation.
- Comfortable using retail technology and clientelling applications to enhance the customer experience.
- Local language proficiency (Italian preferred) and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

Previous experience in retail sales with demonstrable achievement in customer service and meeting sales targets; experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred.
