Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, on-brand customer service to cultivate loyalty and drive repeat business as a Michael Kors ambassador.
  • Proactively engage in clientelling using all available apps and CRM tools to manage client communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Relevant retail sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced or luxury fashion environment.

  • Professional communication skills with a customer-centric orientation.
  • Comfortable using retail technology and clientelling applications to enhance the customer experience.
  • Local language proficiency (Italian preferred) and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
