Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Maintain active client communication using designated clientelling apps and tools to manage relationships and follow-ups.
- Sustain impeccable floor and stock presence, executing merchandising and replenishment standards.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to optimise store performance and achieve sales targets.
