Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver elevated customer experiences, build lasting client relationships, execute store operations, and drive individual, store, and omnichannel sales. The role requires at least 2 years of retail experience, English proficiency, U.S. work authorization, and flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and peak retail days; physical requirements include standing and walking up to 8 hours per shift and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
- Availability to meet store scheduling expectations, including a flexible schedule, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail and sales days, including the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Mother’s Day.
- A self-starter with the ability to drive results.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
