Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Associate to achieve sales goals, deliver elevated customer service, build repeat clientele, and support merchandise and store operations. The role requires at least 2 years of retail experience; compensation ranges from local minimum wage to $20.00 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and maximize sales performance through elevated sales and service.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of merchandise and fashion industry and market trends.
- Close sales and monitor shipping, alterations where applicable, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with sales-related policies and procedures.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, build and maintain repeat clientele, and use the client book.
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
- Maintain inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Follow stock, shipping, and receiving protocols and policies, and complete related paperwork.
- Participate in inventories.
- Follow all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures and execute relevant register functions.
- Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
- Participate in relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and directives.
