Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team performance targets through elevated levels of sales and service excellence
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships by leveraging the client book system and delivering personalized experiences
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of the merchandise range and communicate brand positioning and trend awareness to customers
- Monitor all transaction details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain a neat, organized, and fully stocked selling floor and merchandise displays to optimize product visibility
- Ensure inventory accuracy across the stockroom and sales floor through consistent stock management and cycle counts

- Address client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in all assigned training, development seminars, and team meetings as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated retail sales experience

- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems and retail technology platforms
- Ability to exceed individual and team sales targets consistently
