Michael Kors in Edmonton seeks a part-time Sales Associate to drive omni-channel sales, deliver elevated client experiences and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and sustain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up across channels.
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision, including stock handling, visual standards and point-of-sale procedures.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store tools, mobile devices and brand technology to convert prospects and service clients.
- Stay current with product assortments, trends and styling techniques to advise clients and enhance sell-through.
- Collaborate with management to ideate and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-starter mentality with strong commercial drive and entrepreneurial approach to selling.
- Energetic, brand-forward presence with excellent interpersonal and styling skills.
- Comfortable using mobile sales tools and retail technology to support omnichannel service.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium brand environments and demonstrated consistent sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail or fashion training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 15 to CAD 16 per hour.
