Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through elevated sales and service delivery
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Michael Kors merchandise and educate clients on product features and styling
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain repeat clientele using client book and relationship management techniques
- Resolve client problems and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise presentation in neat, organized, and fully stocked condition
