Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Dallas, TX. Drive sales, deliver elevated client service and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales objectives through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
- Deliver an elevated level of service consistent with brand standards, including clienteling and follow-up on orders, alterations and special requests.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across merchandise assortments to advise clients and drive conversion.
- Manage post-sale tasks such as shipping, alterations coordination and special order administration to ensure client satisfaction.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately, comply with register procedures and support inventory, receiving and shipping processes.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards on the selling floor and in the stockroom; participate in inventories and stock replenishment.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, cultivating repeat clientele and maintaining an organized client book.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, time-and-attendance policies and participate in training, meetings and development programmes as required.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a polished, customer-facing manner.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple post-sale tasks and accurate POS transactions.
- Professional appearance and alignment with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Previous retail or clienteling experience preferred; experience in luxury fashion is an advantage.

Previous customer-facing retail or sales experience is preferred; experience in luxury or fashion retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or hospitality is desirable.
