Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and consultative client engagement.
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and service by demonstrating deep product knowledge and personalizing the client experience.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships; actively build and manage a client book and follow up on leads and special requests.
- Complete post-sale tasks including shipping coordination, arranging alterations and ensuring accurate order fulfilment to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Operate all Point-of-Sale/register functions accurately and comply with company sales, cash handling and returns policies.
- Maintain visual standards on the selling floor: ensure merchandise is stocked, organized and presented according to brand guidelines.
- Support inventory operations including receiving, stockroom management, shipping/receiving paperwork and participation in regular inventories.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to protect brand reputation and encourage repeat business.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time & attendance policies, and participate in required training, meetings and development programmes as directed by store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and cultivate repeat clientele.
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to resolve client issues tactfully and efficiently.
- Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and peak shopping periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of hands-on retail experience; experience within luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
