Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication and build lasting relationships
- Maintain floor and stock presence to optimize retail environment
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Utilize Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and advise customers with passion and confidence
