Michael Kors seeks Part-Time Sales Associate (5 hours/week) in Copenhagen for summer cover at Illum boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence to support store operations
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Develop product expertise using Product Knowledge packs to advise customers with confidence and passion
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales performance
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and inspire fellow team members
- Technological proficiency with ability to leverage technology for sales and customer experience enhancement
- Local language capability (Danish preferred) with effective communication skills
- Fashion enthusiasm and passion for the Michael Kors brand vision
