Michael Kors is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in Concord, NC to deliver luxury client service, drive omnichannel sales and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, high-touch in-store experience by proactively greeting customers, building rapport and advising on styling and product selection.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and manage cash handling and receipts.
- Support daily store operations including inventory tasks, maintaining visual merchandising and ensuring the sales floor meets brand standards.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store technology and available digital tools to convert and fulfil customer requests.
- Prioritise and multitask to meet individual and store productivity targets while supporting teammates on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation with the ability to sell and style with enthusiasm.
- Energetic, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet targets.
- Technologically literate with familiarity or willingness to learn POS and omnichannel retail tools.
- Flexible availability to work a part-time schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred; experience within luxury or premium brand retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
