Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently exceptional, personalised customer service to drive sales and build long-term client relationships.
  • Actively engage customers on the sales floor, provide product knowledge and styling advice across collections.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation and inventory planograms.
  • Process transactions accurately and maintain cash handling, returns and POS procedures in line with store policies.
  • Assist with stock management, receiving, replenishment and housekeeping to preserve store presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPI objectives.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment and support promotional or outlet-specific initiatives.

  • Energetic, reliable and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
