Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Canutillo to drive sales and deliver luxury customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals through consultative selling and product expertise
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain repeat clientele utilizing client book system and relationship management
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate merchandise features and benefits effectively
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain selling floor presentation through organization, merchandising, and restocking
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, shipping and receiving protocols
- Execute all point-of-sale functions and register operations in compliance with company policies
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required
- Attend all assigned training, development seminars, and team meetings
- Adhere to schedule, maintain punctuality, and support store operations
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and demonstrated interest in luxury apparel and accessories
- Proven retail sales experience or equivalent customer service background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Skills
Experience
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and fashion passion are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail training or fashion certifications are valued.
